Filo is a very thin unleavened dough used for making pastries such as Baklava and Borek in Middle Eastern and Balkan cuisines.

Quinoa and Cabbage Cheese filo Pie
Ingredients
250g Cabbage thin sliced
2 sticks Celery finely Chopped
2 Carrot finely Chopped
1 potato small Diced
1 cup Cooked Quinoa
2 tbsp onion finely Chopped
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 egg
Some Cheese up to your favourite
8 sheets Filo pastry
Salt & pepper
I used Mozzarella & Cheddar for this recipe but u can add your favourite cheese, the reason to add cheese and egg is to stick everything together. And I also made a sauce for this filo pie but I didn’t have the amount tho😅 Cilantro yogurt sauce Finely chopped Cilantro, Garlic Powder, plain yogurt, Milk, salt & Pepper.

材料
250克 椰菜 切絲
2根 芹菜 切碎
2條 胡蘿蔔 切碎
1個 薯仔 切小粒
1杯 煮熟的藜麥
2湯匙 洋蔥 切碎
1/2湯匙 薑黃粉
1個雞蛋
芝士 用你喜歡的
8張 薄脆酥皮 鹽和黑椒
我今次用Mozzarella&Cheddar做這道菜,但您可以加自己喜歡的奶酪,加奶酪和雞蛋的原因是將所有東西粘在一起。 我另外還做了一個芫荽乳酪醬 芫荽乳酪醬 我沒有份量,裏面有芫荽、蒜粉、純乳酪、奶、鹽和黑椒。
