Yorkshire puddings, as the accompaniment to the “British Sunday Roast”

Yorkshire Pudding is common English side dish consisting of baked pudding made from batter of eggs, flour and milk.

Yorkshire Pudding recipe
Ingredients
100g Plain Flour
100ml Milk
2 Eggs
Pinch of Salt
Vegetable oil
Methods
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/ .
2. Add oil into each of the 12 compartments of Cupcake tin.
3. Pop into the oven for 10 minutes or the tin & oil gets really hot.
4. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt together in a bowl until light and smooth.
5. Carefully remove the tray from the oven, then confidently pour the batter evenly into the compartments.
6. Put the tray back in the oven to cook for 15 -20minutes, or until risen and golden.

材料
100克 中筋麵粉
100毫升 牛奶
2隻 雞蛋
少許 鹽
做法
1.將烤箱預熱至220°C .
2.在紙杯蛋糕錫l盆中在每一個隔中加油。
3.放入烤箱10分鐘,或盆和油變得很熱。
4.同時間,將雞蛋,麵粉,牛奶和一小撮鹽在碗中一起攪拌,直到光滑。
5.地從烤箱中取出盤,然後將麵糊均勻地倒入盤中。
6.將盤放回烤箱中,焗15 -20分鐘,或直到升起並呈金黃色。
