意大利風味 蘑菇意大利飯 How to make Mushroom Risotto

Mushroom Risotto Recipe

Mushroom Risotto is a Northern Italian rice dish cooked with Broth until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Ingredients


400g Mushroom sliced

1.5cups Risotto

1 Onion chopped

1tbsp Garlic finely chopped

1cup white wine

2cups Chicken broth

Salt & Pepper

Parmesan cheese

Thyme

Method


1. Stir fry mushrooms with olive oil and add salt & pepper for seasoning , set aside.

2. Add oil to pan , first cook onion then add garlic and cook for 1-2mins, , add risotto and butter coo until risotto adsorbs butter.

3. Pour in white wine, then chicken broth, add in thyme, turn heat to medium-high and cook for 5-8 minutes, add salt and black pepper to taste.

4. Return mushrooms into pan and turn to low heat to cook until the broth is adsorbed.

5. Parmesan cheese on top before serving.





蘑菇意大利飯食譜


材 料

400克 蘑菇 切片

1.5杯 意大利米

1 洋蔥切碎

1湯匙 切碎蒜頭

1杯 白葡萄酒

2杯 雞湯

1湯匙 牛油

鹽和黑椒

巴馬臣芝士

百里香

其實最好用乾的Porcini但我家𥚃已經用完又不能出去買,所以只可以用蘑菇。 *煮的時間由15-20分鐘,如果你想煮正宗的大約15分鐘,如果你想煮比較適合香港口味就煮18至20分鐘。


做法


1. 先炒香蘑菇備用

2. 煎pan下油先炒香洋蔥後落蒜蓉,然後可以落意大利米炒一兩分鐘後落牛油

3.倒入白酒,之後再倒入雞湯,再放入百里香,調高至中大火煮5-8分鐘,加入鹽和黑椒調味 4. 之後放回蘑菇後轉小火煮至收乾水份即可

5. 上桌前放上巴馬臣芝士在上面
