我為了女兒只是加了一點點的辣,我真的吃得不太過癮🤦🏼♀️,只好在自己碗內加多一點辣椒醬。在煮這個四川雞煲最重要的材料是四川郫縣豆瓣醬,煮川菜的靈魂。

材料
1隻 三黃雞
1個 紫洋蔥, 切塊
1個 青椒, 切塊
2湯匙 四川郫縣豆瓣醬
麻辣醬
香辣醬
少許 薑
幾粒 蒜頭
少許辣椒乾
少許四川花椒
(麻辣醬和香辣醬視乎你自己喜歡吃辣程度就加多少)
醃料
1.5湯匙 老抽
1湯匙 紹興酒
1湯匙 生抽
1湯匙 四川郫縣豆瓣醬
少許 胡椒粉
2湯匙 生粉
